Can I exchange my tickets?

To exchange tickets for year-round programming at TIFF Bell Lightbox, including New Releases and TIFF Cinematheque, visit TIFF Account Manager

To exchange your tickets, please follow the steps below:

Sign in to TIFF Account Manager.
Click “My Events” and select your event.
Click “Exchange.”
Select the seat(s) to exchange.
Select a new event from the list.
Choose a seat from the interactive seat map and click “Add to Cart.”
Review the details of your exchange.
Submit your order.

Can I transfer my tickets to a friend?

Tickets for all events can be transferred to a friend through TIFF Account Manager.

To transfer your tickets, please follow the steps below:

Sign in to TIFF Account Manager.
Click “My Events” and select your event.
Click “Transfer.”
Select the seat(s) to transfer.
Fill in your recipient’s information and click “Transfer.”
The transfer is only complete once the recipient accepts the tickets.

If your recipient does not accept your offer, then they will not be able to use your tickets. Your recipient will receive an email from TIFF Customer Relations with instructions to accept the offer. You can cancel your transfer at any time through the link in your transfer confirmation email.
